Where your rolls go
We deliver to your property or the closest suitable and accessible point. We'll always leave your turf in the most convenient place we reasonably can, where it's possible and safe. On occasion we may not be able to leave it exactly where you'd prefer. Add any vehicle parking or access notes on the order form.
Rolls are left at the property. They aren't carried through the house, through garages or into back gardens, so plan a wheelbarrow and a pair of hands.

Terraces and back lanes
In Heaton, Fenham, Elswick and Benwell, many terraces back onto a lane. If the lane is the easier drop, say so, and mention bins, bollards or a locked gate.
Tyneside flats
Upper and lower flats often share a front path and have separate yards. Tell us your door or yard so the rolls go to the right one.
Permit and busy streets
Around Jesmond, Gosforth High Street and the city centre, parking can be tight. Note any loading bay, side street or drive where a vehicle can stop.
Estates and cul-de-sacs
In Kenton, Westerhope, Newburn and Denton, a drive is usually the simplest spot. Let us know if it's shared or steep.

Rolls go to your property or the closest suitable and accessible point. Nobody needs to be home.

Count your rolls once they've been left and before laying. Anything wrong? Send us a photo that same day.

We deliver well beyond the city as well. Pop your postcode into our order form to see the charge. Outside our usual area? Message us and we'll look at the options. Collection near Newcastle Airport is open to everyone.

Will the driver bring the rolls into my garden?
No. They go to your property, or the nearest suitable and accessible point, and stay outside: we don't carry them through the house or into back gardens.
